Port Panthers Settlement City Upgrade
Description:
Asphalt re-surfacing, re-install pedestrian crossing/speed hump, remove/re-install concrete kerb, line marking
Scope:
Supply and Construction of kerb and gutter including installation of raised asphalt pedestrian crossing and speed hump for parking improvements.
Challenges:
High Traffic area and pedestrian traffic. Proactive planning by all parties enabled the team to produce a quality product within a tight timeframe,
without compromising safety.

Stuart Street Kempsey Upgrade
Description:
Asphalt re-surfacing
Scope:
Deep surface course over existing pavement including tack coat and profiling into existing pavements and kerb and gutter
Challenges:
Effective traffic planning was critical to the successful delivery of the project due to the high traffic volume consisting of heavy vehicles and local traffic

Kempsey Netball Court Upgrade
Description:
Asphalt re-surfacing and line marking to 8 games courts
Scope:
Supply and lay asphalt surfacing to existing games courts including line marking to specifications
Challenges:
Tight timeframe overcome by pre-planning and coordination

Description:
Milling and Asphalt re-surfacing
Scope:
Mill and Asphalt 2 layers to bridge approach Southern and Northern sides
Challenges:
Effective traffic planning and co-ordination between parties to meet tight deadline
